Dress smart. Suits, comfortable dancing shoes. No white dresses.
What are the wedding colours?
The wedding party will be wearing sage green, with purple heather and gold accents. We'll throw red wine at you if you wear a white dress, so please don't do that to Lauren.
Can I wear a hat, heels, or a kilt?
Hats are welcome, but if it's extremely big you may be politely asked to sit in the back. Heels, yes. Kilts, yes, but you need to wear underwear as well. Sorry, Iain.
How should I prepare for the weather?
The wedding is indoors, but we have outdoor space. There'll be firepits to stay warm by if you venture outside, but we have space for umbrellas if you want to bring one. English weather, innit.

No, the bar will accept contactless payments. We're providing plenty of drinks with dinner, but not offering an open bar because the Brits can't be trusted.
Should I bring anything from America?
Graham crackers for smores! Otherwise, there's no need for gifts. We have a registry link at the bottom of the page if you kindly insist.

No drones. Photography welcome, except during the ceremony.
What about accessibility?
The venue is located all on one floor and has accessible toilets if needed. Please let us know if you have specific needs.
What's a dancing master?
Joe's nieces and nephew, in charge of filling the dancefloor.
Where should I fly into?
If you're coming from abroad, we recommend flying in to London and taking some time there before the wedding. If you want to land closer to the venue, we recommend arriving at least 24 hours in advance and landing at Manchester Airport.
What if I still have questions?
Easy, just email us at laurenandjoewedding2026@gmail.com
If you've read this far, you might be looking for info about gifts. We've created a wedding registry because we've been asked to, but we honestly don't need anything on it. Just buy us a drink sometime and dance with us on the day.
Your presence is the present we want.
